Refund and Returns Policy

At Kittuk, all personalized products (custom name items) are specially made for each child.

Because of this:

❌ Personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns

• We only accept returns if:

  ✔ Product is damaged
  ✔ Wrong product delivered
  ✔ Printing defect

  Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, returns are not accepted for personalized products.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

• Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

• Such cases will be handled on priority, and replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
